We all have a part to play in choosing peace over gun violence in our community.

Coming together as a community and working towards a common goal of peace can make a real difference in reducing gun violence and creating a safer, more vibrant city.

Raise your hand and your voice for a safer Indy!

Consider this: Community mediation resolves 86% of cases in just one day, preventing potential escalations before they even begin.

Gun violence is often the result of escalated conflict that could have easily been resolved with words, not weapons. In Indy, 70% of gun violence victims are 16-34. Building a community of mediators saves lives. Resolve to build a safer Indy this January by saying #IChoosePeace.

Join us and choose peace in Indy!

Peace means so many different things to different people. For some, it means an absence of conflict and violence; for others, it means a sense of safety, security, and well-being. The Indy Peace Fellowship is asking everyone to join them in choosing peace. In the month of January, they are joined by ICCR to commemorate the start of the new year and to build gun violence awareness through an onoging multi-channel citywide campaign.

For every one life lost to gun violence, four more are at risk due to retaliation. Reduce the homicide rate in Indianapolis by choosing peace.
